1. Application of terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with BB Sports Distributors Ltd by trade account holders. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. These terms supersede any previously issued terms and conditions.
2. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are available to registered businesses only. BB Sports Distributors reserves the right to approve or refuse any trade account application without providing a reason. Account details must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
3. Minimum orders & pricing
There is no minimum order value. Trade prices are available only to approved account holders and must not be published or disclosed to end consumers. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on 30 days' written notice.
4. Orders & confirmation
Orders placed via our website or by telephone constitute a binding order upon our written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or part-fulfil orders subject to stock availability. We will notify you of any shortfalls within 24 hours of receiving your order.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where payment terms are not met. We accept BACS transfer and major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash payments.
6. Delivery & title
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in goods remains with BB Sports Distributors until full payment has been received. Delivery timescales are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.
7. Faulty & damaged goods
Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging. We will arrange collection and issue a replacement or credit note at our discretion. Liability for damaged goods is limited to the invoice value of the affected items.
8. Returns
Returns of non-faulty goods are accepted within 28 days of invoice, subject to a prior Returns Authorisation. Goods must be in original, sealed, resaleable condition. Sale items, personalised goods and clearance lines are non-returnable unless faulty.
9. Intellectual property
All products sold are officially licensed. Trade account holders may use product images provided by BB Sports Distributors solely for the purpose of reselling the licensed products to end consumers. Images must not be altered, used for any other purpose, or sub-licensed.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a contract with you shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods to which the claim relates. We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
