How to return
- 1Contact our trade team by email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We will issue a Returns Authorisation (RA) number — returns without an RA number cannot be processed.
- 3Pack the goods securely in their original packaging where possible. Attach the RA number clearly to the outer box.
- 4For faulty or incorrect items, we will arrange courier collection at no charge. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage.
- 5Once we receive and inspect the goods, a credit note will be issued to your account within 48 hours.
