What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?

Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) to qualify for next working day delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking is available through your online account once approved.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or credit note — whichever you prefer.

Do you offer a collection service?

Yes. Trade account holders can collect from our Manchester warehouse by appointment. Call ahead to arrange a collection slot.
